Take advantage of all your listing has to offer at your next open house with these 4 tips!

Know Your Stuff.

It should go without saying that KNOWING about the home you're selling will help attract buyers. We suggest memorizing a few of the most important aspects of the home.

Examples include:

  • Square-footage
  • # Of Rooms
  • HOA fees
  • Year the house was built
  • Any distinguishing features
  • Recent solds
  • General Characteristics of the neighborhood

Draw them in.

Load an engaging presentation onto a laptop or tablet, then strategically place the device near a comfortable couch or sitting area. This will draw people in and encourage them to relax in their potential new home! Suddenly, they can see themselves lounging on a Saturday afternoon while bingeing on their favorite Netflix series!

Bring the outdoors in!

Does your seller have a green thumb? Is their garden bursting with flowers and veggies? Take advantage of your surroundings! Create a centerpiece using flowers and veggies from their garden, then make a sign telling everyone where it came from!

Better yet, bring the indoors out!

Huge deck? Immaculate landscaping? Don't let it go to waste! Set up your drinks and appetizers on the patio for a truly refreshing experience!
