Education Services

The Iowa City Area Association of REALTORS® believes in the value of education, the maintenance of high standards, honorable behavior and individual growth. These are critical ingredients for success in your career as a REALTOR® or real estate agent.

We offer a complete range of education courses including pre-license, pre-broker, designation, mandatory and elective. Our instructors are among the finest in the real estate community.

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR CREDIT CLASSES
The Iowa Real Estate Commission has modified a Rule that prohibits an education provider from issuing a certificate to anyone who arrives late, leaves during class or leaves early. This modification (changing "may not" to "shall not") leaves no room for exceptions or accommodations.

If you are not in the classrroom once class begins, you shall not receive a certificate. However, you may still attend the class for the content since you have paid for it. We will not issue a refund for late students.

LOCATION OF CLASSROOM

Unless otherwise stated in the course description, all classes will be held at the ICAAR Education Center located at 847 Quarry Rd, Suite 110, Coralville, IA 52245, in the River Bend complex next to the Marriott, exit 242 on I-80.
Parking and Entrance to Education Center are behind the ICAAR office. Please do not park in front of the building. Go to the back parking lot reserved for River Bend tenants.
