State & Federal Laws Affecting Real Estate
One of nine courses required to take the broker exam and apply for a broker license. A background and fingerprint check will also be required. This class is approved for 8 hours of real estate elective or as a substitute for Law Update.
Individual classes are $95 each or you can pay $810 total if you take all 9 of the ICAAR 2008 series. If you register online the discount will not appear on your registration receipt. It will be taken at the time your card is charged.
