Growing Greener-Growing Stronger: Designing, Building & Selling Low Impact Developments

This course will discuss what we do now that’s not working for the environment, how to successfully change our practices, then how to sell it.   Learn about the economic and environmental effects of current development practices, how to maximize natural features, the cost efficiencies of engineering open space/cluster developments, the Clean Water Act and decentralized wastewater treatment systems and the successful sale of cluster/open space residential developments.
