Education Center PoliciesRegistrations and payments are handled by the Iowa City Area Association of REALTORS®, unless otherwise stated. In most cases make checks payable to: ICAAR. Confirmation of your registration as well as any receipts will be sent by ICAAR. Full payment, by credit card or check made payable to ICAAR, is expected at time of registration. Payment must be received no later than 3 business days prior to the class to guarantee a seat on the day of class. If you register for a class and do not attend you will forfeit your registration fee, unless you adhere to the cancellation policy below. The Iowa Real Estate Commission requires full attendance during classes in order to receive continuing education credit. Therefore, attendance will be strictly monitored. Late arrivals to class at any point during the day and leaving early will result in the loss of your certificate. No refunds will be issued to late students. You may still attend the class for its content, but you will not receive a certificate. Cancellation Policy: NO REFUNDS will be given once the class has begun. Classes are subject to cancellation if the minimum number of paid registrants is not met or due to instructor illness or inclement weather. If ICAAR is forced to cancel a class, registered participants will have the option of a full refund or credit towards another class. |
