Continuing Education Requirements
Salesperson First Time Renewal Only - mandatory courses through 2010:
12 Hours - Listing Practices
12 Hours - Buying Practices
12 Hours - Developing Professional Conduct & Ethical Practices
Total: 36 Hours (all must be classroom hours)
Salesperson & Broker Renewal (not 1st time renewal):
4 Hours - Ethics
8 Hours - Law Update
24 Hours - Electives
Total: 36 Hours (24 hours maximum of home study)
